Voting Open

Greetings! The time has come to vote on our “G.I. Joe Defects to COBRA" contest entries. Before you begin, please read the following rules:
(Remember that all contestants must vote.)

First, the following entries are to be voted on by members of #CobraFanClub and contest entrants exclusively.

Second, all contestants must vote for up to three entrants. A 5-point penalty will be given to contestants who do not vote.

Third, contestants may not vote on their own entries.

Voting will close on May 27th.

All decisions are final. The winner's piece will be included in the "Featured" folder as well as the "Contest Winners" folder. 2nd and 3rd place winners will also be placed in the "Contest Winners" folder. The entries that did not place will be put in their appropriate folder (COBRA, Ninjas, etc). A note will be sent to all winners and prize donors informing them of what prizes were won. If one contestant places twice (for example, if they win both 1st and 3rd place), the "lowest" place prizes (in the previous example, it would be the 3rd place prizes) will be given to the next runner-up.

Now, here is how the voting process works. You may vote for up to three entries, and rank them in the order you "like" the most. For example:

The entry in the first slot receives 5 "points," the second 3, and the third 1.
I will tally the votes myself after voting is completed. Voting will close on May 27. Winners will be announced shortly thereafter.

Duke heaved a few breaths at his desk and tried to regain his composure. His right hand cupped over his eyes as he tried to hold his tears back.
"General, please." He pleaded. "Master Sergeant O'Hara's death was no accident. You know that."

"No, I don't know that." Hawk said. "All prior investigations state that she had an allergic reaction to her medication. Scarlett's death was accidental." He paused for a moment.

8. All the Wrong Moves Author's note: So...yeah. Obviously, this is an AU, and provides the background for a piece of Art I submitted for Cobra Fan Club's GI Joe-Defects-to-Cobra contest. I chose Mainframe, so this will revolve around what brings one of the Joe's best computer analysts to start playing for the other team. Set during the Sunbow cartoon universe at the end of the second season and before the movie. Happy reading!
